30K Maintenance.

I took my car in this morning for the 30K Maintenance (Chantilly JEEP). Wow, I found out how much of a beating my 2003 Rubicon has taken for the last three months.. The rear break lines were leaking, my transmission was leaking, power steering cable was leaking, front differential leaking..... God knows what else was leaking. Anyway, the good news is that all of this is covered for another 6K miles. :lol: The only thing that I will end up paying for is the actual 30K maintenance labor. Oh well...it could be worst. Do you guys go through the same things?

Here is the update! Here is the list of things that they fixed or replaced.

Drained, refilled, resealed the front and rear differentials.
Synthetic oil change, filter, air filter
Replaced steering pump pressure hose
Replaced spark plugs
Resealed the rear axle due to leaks
Replaced Rear output shaft from the transfer case
Rotate tires, realigment, rebalancing
Plus all the other basic things that are part of the 30K maintenance

Total cost $603.49

What do you guys/girls think.....? Was it wort it or did I get robbed?

well for us that have axcess to a lift it would have been around 100.00 at the most, sorry!

yep most of that could have been done w/ reg hand tools and on the ground in a drive-way. call next time and see if we can help. After all thats what we are here for!

I am thinking about having a Saturday maybe once every three months where Jeep owners from this club can come by the shop and i will show them how to maintain their jeeps on their own and do a quick inspection with the jeeps on the lifts.
