OK heres whats happening and I need to know if something is wrong....
I parked on a hill( small hill my driveway, very little incline) put it in 5th gear and turned it off.. then it started rolling ..but it wasnt like a full roll it seemed like it was being slowed down by the gears but it only did this in 5 and 4 the others it didnt even move.. did something break or is it wearing out?

Nope... transmissions are made to be your parking brake.

The lower the gear it's in, the harder it will be to roll on its own. It works in sort of a reverse way than driving, that's why you don't start driving in 5th gear. Gear ratio, physics, F=MA, blah blah.
When you park, especially on a hill, put it in 1st and engage the parking brake and turn your wheels to the curb (if there is one) so if the car rolls it will stop when the tire makes contact with it. Engaging the parking brake and turning your wheels to the curb is also THE LAW (at least in DC) boys and girls

you got the gear ratio's part and sorta the physics part. It is physics but its more about gravitational forces and rotational speed interacting.

I thought it was the fluxcompaciter that kept it from rollling? Hmmm....

Just put it in first gear and engage your parking brake. Done!
