They are up-armored Peterbilt trucks...Buffalo has 3 axles...Cougar has 2. They start at a little over 110k per copy. They are not designed to be in the same weight class or useage as a HMMWV. USA, USMC, and USN already have a good number in their inventories for special purpose useage and EOD. The South Africans have been using them for almost 15 years. They had one about the size of a Cherokee up until last year and they stopped production.
