Hi,
John Young here, president of NoVa Jeepers. I would like to invite Beltway4WD members to attend Camp Heep VII 2011.
This is an invitation only event. NovaJeepers is hosting this event and inviting several other area clubs to attend you must be a member of the invited club (not just a website registrant) to attend.
We need each club invited to set up its own sign up thread, determine who is going and then send NoVa a head count so we can purchase all the food and swag by August 1st.

We will have guided groups ranging from green to reds.
Cost
$10 per person Camp Heep Registration gets you a raffle ticket and dinner Saturday night. Attendees can take part in a poker run on all trail groups which you can sign up for at RC Saturday morning of the ride. Poker run is $10 per hand and its a 50/50 with half going to the winner and half going to Tread Lightly.
