This is a 10 minute job that is well worth doing.

This setup is for a 31" tire, the gears / part numbers will be different for your configuration.

How it's done:

Remove the following bolts that are located on top of your T-case. The bolt on the left should be removed first and then the bolt on the right.

Pull the assembly straight out.

Remove the old gears / o-ring, and install the new parts .

Put everything back together and you're all done.
