I have used Novac 2 times now and there kits are well worth it and Wayne is an awsome guy to deal with

Thanks, he's mostly trying to figure out what to charge for the install. He looked up the kits online and the company seems to know what they are doing. I told him he might want to suggest replacing the axles:) I'm just guessing a 350 in there would explode that dana 35 pretty quick....

also how long should it take? like how many hours would you guess?

It all depends on what the Jeep is used for and if he is running an auto or a manual trans. I did the 350 vortec on a tj with a 4l60e trans and the 35 held up for 2.5 years with normal wheeling and heavy burn outs. I then threw in a 8.8 and she does wheelies.

The 35 wont hold up to bouncing when wheeling the axles twist and snap or the pinions blow out.

Time to complete the Job is undecided on how much time he or she devotes from start to finish and what he is working with as far as the donor or engine or trans. There is a ton of factors that need to be resolved.
