8.8 on a TJ...HELP!

I'm looking for someone who has done an axle swap in a TJ and can weld. I found a great deal on a ford 8.8, but I'm not feeling real confident in doing this on my own. Anyone out there that just loves to do this stuff and likes helping fellow jeep owners??

Do the gears match your front ratio?

I have not seen the rear yet and the only info he could give me was what was on the tag bolted on the diff cover. It reads: s614e 73 88 olo8. I'm supposed to meet the guy this week to look at it. Anyone know what ration that would be. I hope it is 3.73. Thanks.
