Take it to Chantilly, Dodge. Kit, the service manager will take care of you.
Tell him you're a friend of mine and also a BWJ member.

X2 on what Diego said. I'm curious, what's wrong with your jeep? Its long been a discussion on 4x4 forums that dealers will say that if you modify the vechile then they will not warranty it. The way the law reads according to what I read on several other forums is that the dealer is required to provide warranty service as long as modifications made after the purchase of the vehicle directly contributed to the damage or early wear of the parts at hand. That being said, it gets to be an even more difficult area to navigate as they'll try to put the burden of proof back on you that you didn't cause the damange do to your modifcations. It sux, but with the dealers all hurting right now with slow sales, they're going to push back more then ever. Good luck and let us know how you make out!

To clarify what Nat is saying is his Jeep is out of it's regular warranty and his aftermarket warranty declined his coverage for a bad track bar. They also stated the vehicle was not oem anymore so they do not have to honor a warrenty on the vehicle. their parameters do not have to meet the same guidelines as the dealerships original warranty.

Dealer installed lift falls into a different category than a private lift party doesn't it on warranties?

Yup, but we still take care of warranty issues on modified rigs.... I've been here a year now, and I've only had to turn away one warranty request on a modified jeep.
