My lift shows up friday, and I was wondering if an alignment when done was necessary.
Thanks!

Gonzo, I highly recommend to everyone I talk to, get a 3 year unlimited warranty from NTB/Merchants. Its good at any location, and if you use it 2x you'll get your money's worth. I have had 8 alignments on my jeep since I bought it, usually after suspension work or wheeling hard. It's been well worth the 140 bucks...

Jagged,
I'm doing a BB with bar pin eliminators and 1" BL. I just don't have the cash
for all the Nth Degree stuff I want to throw at it.
I would get an alignment after any suspention work! Sears over here in landmarark mall dose a great job!

It would be nice if the picture was smaller.

Sweet!
You own it? I would really like to "Drop a Deuce" there!
Down in ladysmith, on the corner of CCC road and route 1, there is a house
with a silo shaped concrete one behind the garage that is still in use!
I was turning there and happened to see the old man who lives there stepping out with a folded paper under his arm.

Sounds almost identical to what I did to mine. You will be able to drive it....that is to say your steering wheel wont be upside down in order to go forward, but you should still get an alignment done.

Gonzo,
Did you get a chance to install this yet?

Not yet.
My Fiance's 93 year old GrandMother is fading fast, so I spent Sunday up
in Herndon at the 'rents place with Susan and Grandma.
Owing to last night's deluge, I'm hoping today will be an off day and I can
do it later this morning. Yesterday was dry and sunny in Ladysmith for most of the day, so I had to work.
Damn this work business! It interferes with my fun!
I am definitely going to do it before Saturday, I'd like the extra 2 inches
before I do some real damage at Crozet this weekend! Ideally, I'd have my Nth Degree oil pan skid too, but that will have to wait 'till next payday,
Gotta nut up the Mortgage payment you know...............

I also need to install a 1" body lift on mine, so if you want to come down, we can do both Jeeps on Sunday.

AAARRRGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful day, no work because of last night's rain, and the woman ends up having the day off and roping me into errands and such instead of lifting my jeep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Diego,
Sunday is out for me, I have ALOT of spring cleaning yardwork to do.
I love having an acre, but not when you need to clear brush and such.......
If I don't get it done before Crozet, We'll get together sometime after.
Gonzo out.
