So I can get 1-2 MPG by running the AT's on the street? Sweet. :)

Im running the AT's on the street and will switch to the MT's for the trailrides.

1 MPG in an 18 gallon tank = 18 miles. Seeing as my Jeep gets 15 MPG if its lucky, this is like getting an extra gallon of fuel or saving $3.85 per tank. That 1 MPG will add up quick!

Dunno. The other mods look like snake oil. What do the mechanics here think?

Great article!! In the final section, "Time Warp: The Conclusion"

Check out the up-to-the-minute chart on www.jpmagazine.com if you want to see the actual numbers we used for our calculations, as well as the final results of the product stacking.

I could not find the data but I did find Bree. Damnit, she's so distracting!

Unscramble,

That was my Jeep you saw. I was at the M&G Wed night. Got in the Jeep after, went to start it - nothing. H2 and I tried to jump it - Nothing. It was 11PM and the wife and kids were already asleep. Jeep got left there and H2 carried his fallen buddy all the way home. (Thanks H2! :))

I was not able to get back out to it until yesterday afternoon. (Long story here as well, JMU Jeep to the rescue yesterday afternoon :)) Verdict -Dead Optima Blue top and problems with the starter. Jeep is at Chantilly getting a new starter and having leaky front axle seals fixed under warranty. Since it was an Optima, I gotta replace that myself.

Yup! Finally got that key for the Durango finished while I was there yesterday. Brakes had been squeekin, and I had been noticing alot more pedal travel on stopping. (Bull Bar, winch and all that extra armor is putting a hurtin on em.) They called me and I got a great deal on them as well while it was there. (Could not have done it myself cheaper ;))

I know better than to demand extras when Im being taken care of. :)

JMU Jeep was there yesterday..... I only asked for the Beltway discount and I made it a point to thank the service manager in front of others for remaining past 5 PM to insure that my service requests for keys and the leaking seals were done.

And now, back to your regularly scheduled gas mileage thread.
