I called them to order a new hose with the super coupler so that I can run air tools and reseat beads on the trail.
I spoke with Steve who was very helpful. I told him that I had purchased an air system from another private party, and the hose was missing the fitting at the regulator end. Then I asked him how much to replace it.
He replied nothing - Since I ordered the new hose and super coupler, he's sending the fitting, along with the one for the new hose and the one for the Impact wrench for free.
He also took the time to explain to me how to use the super coupler to reseat beads, and that the coupler will allow me to connect the two hoses if I want extra length.
I have to say that the customer service was excellent. They obiously stand behind thier products as well.
