So when I first got my XJ, the OEM stereo had poor reception. Thinking that it may jsut bet that the stereo is old and I would like a CD/MP3 player, I bought a Sony deck. I installed it with the help of my brother-in-law, and not the new sony doesn't pick up any signal with less than perfect quality.
Thinking that it may be a faulty connection, checked all parts of the antenna and came to the conclusion that probably the base cable needs to be replaced as the mast and everything seem fine.
SO the question is where do I find this for a good price and not have to wait for it to be ordered?
