I Need A Home!

My landlord told me definitely today that I need to be out by the 28th. Apparently his daughter broke off her engagement and needs her place back.

I'm just putting it out there for you guys to know on the chance that someone knows someone who is renting a place. I'm not trying to spend the $1600 I am paying now. I'm open to just about any area but south and west are out of the question. I have pets (a cat and dog) both are great creatures....and house broken.

If anyone has or knows of something......please let me know!

I was in your same boat a few years back and found affordable housing through Dulles Properties. It's in Sterling. Talk to Jeanette. I rented a two level three BR townhouse for $1000 from her. Stayed there 2 years...she was great to work with and does her best to help folks out.
