Other than a pipe bender, welder, power drill, and a plasma cutter, I have almost a fully operational garage.

Yet another excellent day at Diego's

Diego's house looked like a 4x4 shop today. At one time 8 Jeeps were parked outside. (3 TJ's, 2 LJ's, 2 XJ's, and Rick's Grand)

As before, alot of work got accomplished. Diego's and Scotts Jeeps were wired for backup/work lights, Rick got his hub bearings replaced, the prep work was done in order to Hurculine Denise's Jeep, and I got the adjustable tiedown system installed.

I would like to thank Rick for his straight drilling, and to Diego and Scott for the help with the final assembly.

Ill post pix tomorrow in the Tuffy drawer thread.

Denise,

Did you get the first coat of Hurculiner on?

Nope, we are going to do it first thing in the morning. You guys are more than welcome to come over and chill if you want or if you want to work on something. We will probably start around 9:30ish.

ok..so we are getting a very late start. We ended up down pass Belvoir at 1:30 last night picking up my daughter who became ill at a friend's house. We are just getting up and moving around and haven't even pulled my girl into the driveway yet!

So, I guess we will begin working sometime after lunch painting my girl, just as soon as we get back from Home Depot!

Call before you head our way.

Pacifier

Where are all the pics?

The four of us stayed pretty busy most of the time, frequently with 2 working on one rig. (Diego and Scott wiring, Alex and Rick drilling, etc)

I did manage to snap this pic of Scott grinding the bottoms of the mounting bolts for the tiedown system. They interfered with closing the drawer and might have caused injury if left sharp after being cut off.......

Oh and Diego

Gas cans were empty and purged (left open and all fuel evaporated for no fumes)

They were not full until I hit the cheap gas on the way home.
